Causes of overpopulated borders.
Overpopulated borders are no accident. Where human populations double every twenty years, infrastructure for educating, housing, and feeding such people must double too. Limits send some in search for greener pastures elsewhere. Borders begin to chafe.
As Socrates’ discussed with students, governments may act to move entire colonies. Or relocation may be driven by the dreams of individuals and families. Or, relocations may be driven by both. Europe’s settler boil-over in the 1600’s is an example among many.
If border-breaking overpopulation was more widely understood, people who care could create a better world for all people of every race, color, and creed. Buzzie our Guru Buzzard might say, “That would be nice!”
